Engineers needed for $2B State-of-the-art aluminum mill under construction. We are seeking a self-motivated, highly skilled process engineer with a strong background in aluminum processes to help lead the start-up and commissioning of our new mill in Mississippi. Mechanical or metallurgy aluminum process is a must. We offer full relocation, lucrative compensation, profit sharing, and excellent benefits.

• Establish product performance and validation criteria for equipment vendors.

• Monitor construction, provide feedback on work practices and construction quality.

• Manage commissioning and qualification schedule to meet ramp-up requirements.

• Champion environmental, health and safety systems and culture.

• Foster a team of technically competent and innovative individuals.

• Implement quality systems in support of internal and external customer requirements

• Drive process optimization and learning culture.

• Manage spending budget and cost controls.
