Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations team to ensure safe and efficient work practices

• Collaborate with management to plan and oversee daily plant activities

• Maintain inventory records and utilize ERP systems for production reporting and efficiency tracking

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols

• Establish performance goals and deadlines in alignment with company objectives

• Organize workflow and clarify employee responsibilities

• Monitor and provide feedback on employee productivity, offering coaching as needed

The essential functions of this role include

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
