  • Our client, a global provider of innovative manufacturing solutions for customers in the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, basic math and computer skills, and previous warehouse or manufacturing experience which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Production Operator

    Location: Coxsackie, NY

    Pay Range: $17-$19/hour

    Shift: 2nd shift - Monday-Friday 2:15pm-10:15pm

    What's the Job?

    • Set up machinery and run production on assembly line.

    • Set equipment controls and timers.

    • Make any necessary adjustments ensuring the quality of parts remains consistent.

    • Be able to refine parts for cosmetic or other customer-specified reasons.

    • Use precision measuring tools in set ups and quality assurance.

    What's Needed?

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    • 6 to 12 months' Manufacturing or Warehouse experience is preferred.

    • Strong mechanical aptitude required.

    • Basic math skills required - decimals, percentages, fractions; geometry and trigonometry preferred.

    • Computer Skills - able to learn new screens, reports, functions, software programs and internal ERP systems.
