  • Food Production Company is Growing & Urgently Hiring 2nd Shift Production Operators! APPLY NOW! Can Start As Soon As This Week.

    Job Description:

    • Job responsibilities are, but not limited to:

    • Mixing, blending/compounding the raw materials (jellies, powders, etc.)

    • Checking the quality of the products and making sure they meet the required standards

    • Following safety protocols

    • Documenting and reporting production data, incidents, and issues to supervisors or management

    • Collaborating and communicating with coworkers, supervisors, and maintenance technicians

    Requirements

    • Experience in a production and manufacturing; preferably within a cooking/mixing environment

    • Strong work ethic and ability to work from goal oriented directions

    • At least a high school diploma or GED

    • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

    • Must be mechanically inclined: after first few months, the position will require more machine operation and adjusting of the packaging machines, scales, case packers, metal detectors, coders and all other equipment

    • Must be goal oriented, driven and willing to grow; must also be trainable
