    Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Program Director with a Public Trust Clearance to support KDS and our government customer. This is a hybrid role, primarily remote but may require an occasional visit to the client site in Washington, DC.

    Konid Data Solutions, LLC, is seeking a Program Director to support a public health agency client Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This individual will be energetic and committed to operational excellence. This person will have several years of experience managing federal programs with a varied background and be able to support large and small teams in reaching client goals.

    Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

    • Our program manager will work across the enterprise supporting both technical and non-technical stakeholders with solution delivery. Experience should include providing a broad class of IT portfolio, program, and project management services to OCIO.

    • Serve as the main point of contact for the contract and be responsible for the overall performance of the contract ensuring that requirements, deliverables and service levels are met.

    • Provide resource management and collaborate with COR on resource additions and replacements.

    • Advise Senior leadership on strategic direction and management of SaaS/PaaS technology decisions.

    • Exercise broadly delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing multiple routine and complex project requirements and expectations.

    • Will be client-facing and required to deliver project phases on time and within budget and communicate timely status/progress to client leadership.

    • Provides thought leadership to project analyses and process improvement activities.

    • Responsible for driving recommendations through to implementation and maintaining a positive work environment.

    • Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Coordinate systems integration activities with other contractor teams.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Master's degree

    • 5 or more years of IT program management experience in technology solution delivery

    • 5 or more years of experience with Agile methodology and project management

    • Experience with the ServiceNow platform and systems integration is preferred.

    • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • 1 or more years of experience working with the nuances of Time & Materials and Firm Fixed price contracts.

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

    • Experience managing programs/projects within ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management.

    • 1 or more years consistent experience with project budgeting and scheduling.

    • 1 or more years of experience with client development; building on existing and introducing new products and/or services.

    • 1 or more years' experience working with analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • 1 or more years' experience demonstrating oral and written communication skills, especially in a client interaction context.

    Professional Skills:

    • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.

    • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment, with a client-centric culture, and an environment of high performers.

    • Must be able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.

    • Must be able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus.

    Working Environment & Conditions

    This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

    The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
