Job Summary
The Adobe Renewal Specialist supports the partner business, acts as a Partner subject matter expert, and will work closely with our sales teams and Partner Account Managers to maintain and grow the partner's business. Their focus will be on renewals, which is 85%-90% of all Adobe business. Our Renewal Specialist will focus on Renewals, growing/upselling, proactive quoting, problem solving with customers and sales, and answer product, program, and deal registration questions. The Adobe Renewal Specialist will be involved in automation, and will also foster relationships with customer and/or internal staff by communicating their konwledge of a product, service, propositoin, or process.
This role is required to report to the Somerset, NJ or Austin, TX office.

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
Evangelize and promote the partner brand within the company via Emails, Internal portals phones and trainings
Proactively upsell upcoming partner renewals through timeline internal resources, researching opportunities and data
Demonstrate a clear understanding of partner product portfolio and be able to articulate, position and make recommendations based on a customer needs and usage scenarios through comprehensive and well thought out emails and proposals
Quote and upsell renewals as they come into the renewal window
Prospect for Enterprise license opportunities through evaluation of partner and company data
Collaborate with the company's sales team to ensure renewals book on time through various methods
Notify sales of added license seats, overdue seat licenses and create prorated quotes
Conveying partner information to the company and including understanding partner licensing platforms
Serve as the primary renewal contact with respect to the partner to answer general product and program questions including but not limited to partner products, licensing models and order resolution.
Maintain partner renewal pipeline tracking open deals and communicate regularly with the Partner, distribution, and sales teams to ensure forecast accuracy
Manage necessary reporting for your partner
Engage with partner sales teams to build and maintain relationships while driving key initiatives
Keep current on all partner trainings, programs, program changes, and products this includes self-guidance
Meet (and exceed) partner business objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Utilize and help sales utilize and take advantage of the ~~~ Renewal tool
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1 year of business office experience, Inside/outside sales experience or Partner Sales Support experience preferred
A strong, dedicated work ethic focusing on the willingness to provide world class support
Experience working with software licensing
Required Skills

Ability to analyze multiple market factors to both anticipate and identify customer problems/needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in working with SHI internal systems (AX, Salescenter, CRM, BI)
"Partner Champion" and partner ownership mentality
Ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with a wide variety of internal and external leadership contacts
Creative approach to promoting partner's brand
Ability to be comfortable hosting team meetings, webinars and events
Certifications Required
Unique Requirements
Position requires no more than 10% of travel
Extended hours may be required to complete some special projects and quarter end workload
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $45,000 - $80,000 which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
