    The Reporting Analyst is responsible for reviewing and confirming the successful trafficking and launch of campaigns across the NBCU Portfolio. These campaigns include display, mobile and app media along with a heavy focus on in-stream video for short-form and full-episode ad products across NBC Universal's primetime properties including Peacock. This role will also focus on creating various reporting decks on a weekly to monthly cadence. A key component of this role is to create and develop formulas to help better streamline reporting for our clients, while maintaining all custom client reporting across the digital ad sales business as well as ad hoc reports for internal partners.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide quality assurance on all campaign launch/modifications across the NBCU Portfolio and implement critical troubleshooting on major campaign launches.

    • Offer technical support and troubleshooting in a timely and professional manner to internal and external customers across all performance related ad platforms and systems.

    • Assist with pulling and analyzing reporting to uncover potential errors/issues before they become revenue impacting.

    • Work directly with the Sr. Manager, Digital Sales Operations QA to ensure that all details of Sales Operations are being upheld and that the Sales team is being properly supported.

    • Some on call support is required for afterhours ad-related emergencies and coverage over tentpole events.

    • Daily and weekly reporting with the ability to created advanced formulas to better automate large amounts of data.

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to analyze complex sets of data.

    • Assist with pulling and analyzing reporting to uncover potential errors/issues before they become revenue impacting.

    • Provides technical support and troubleshooting in a timely and professional manner to internal and external customers across all performance related ad platforms and systems.

    • Work with external ad vendors to review and test tags for varying rich media creative types and executions.

    • Experience with FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager ad serving technologies.

    • At least two years' experience in an ad operations or trafficking role

    • Ability to take initiative and troubleshoot video/system issues.

    • Strong understanding of video and display technologies (HTML, JavaScript, VPAID, VAST, etc).

    • Digital video passion and knowledge.

    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and various formulas.

    • PowerPoint design and experience with compiling data.

    • Expert on trouble shooting ad related issues.

    • Minimum of two years' experience in a Digital and/or trafficking role.

    • Web/Internet technologies (Charles, HTML, JavaScript, Conviva etc.).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Innovative thinker excited about automation workflow opportunities.

    • Digital media and/or marketing experience.

    • Fast paced learner with the ability to create advanced formulas and macros for reporting/analytics.

    • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    • Ability to set and self-manage goals, deadlines, and multiple assignments concurrently in a project-based environment.

    • Expert knowledge of Digital ad operations with the ability to problem solve issues.

    • Familiarity with emerging video and mobile product landscape.

    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, HTML, JavaScript.

    • Ability to thrive in a continuously changing environment.

    • Freewheel ad server knowledge a plus.

    Salary Range: $65,000 - $72,000
