Some Responsibilities of the Senior Accounting Manager include

• Assist with financials for investment funds and management company.

• Collaborate on analytical projects including valuations and comparable analyses.

• Monitor data collection from portfolio companies.

• Support investor relations team and LPs.

• Manage quarterly/annual close and financial statement preparation, including drafting quarterly reports to investors.

• Work with Finance and Investor Relations for capital call/distribution allocations and track/prepare audit confirmation requests for LPs and portfolio companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• CPA license preferred.

• 5-7+ years of in-house fund accounting experience or audit group experience required.

• Flexible team player with a knack for meeting deadlines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills and experience in high-performance teams.

• Proficient in Excel and familiar with PowerPoint.
