    Position Description

    CIT is looking for a candidate to participate in the design, development, and operation for one of the customer's premier analytic applications. The candidate will work with current application teams to understand current analytics, review test plans, and collaborate with user interface designers to ensure developed software integrates seamlessly. Additionally, this position will serve as an expert resource within the development team to determine the needs of the business that will simplify and automate the application services.

    Required Qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience with MongoDB or similar technology

    • Demonstrated experience with Java and Spring Boot

    • Significant demonstrated experience with the Angular framework and UI design

    • Demonstrated hand-on experience building and maintaining RESTful web services

    • Demonstrated experience of software quality process/assurance including automation testing, unit/integration testing, design/code review, code profiling and software continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines

    • Demonstrated experience in continuous integration and delivery tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, etc.)

    • A Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or additional years of specialized experience in a scientific or technical discipline in the areas of Computer or Information Technology (6 additional years of experience in lieu of degree

    Desired Qualifications

    • Amazon certifications

    • Experience working in an Agile scrum teamwork environment

    • Experience with relational database design and development
