Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

An employer in the Downtown Houston, Texas area is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Strategy and Product Team. The Program they will be working on will modernize their passenger service system and take the TDF mainframe and refactor it to a series of cloud based applications. The Senior Business Analyst will join daily Scrum meetings, develop and train a Junior Business Analyst, work closely with the Product Owner on multiple products, while working alongside and guiding various development teams. This person will be a go-to for the team and needs to have experience leading large scale projects. They must sit onsite 2 days a week in Houston.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in a Senior IT Business Analyst Role

Experience working in an Agile environment and following Agile frameworks

Experience working with and guiding large development teams

Experience working with Product Owners and multiple products

Experience using Azure DevOps

Strong communication skills and previous experience interfacing with various technical teams and business units

Experience working with and using MS Excel and PowerPoint heavily Airline Industry Experience null
