    Summary

    Provide strategic consulting, process improvement, and technology solutions to internal bank partners responsible for high impact, customer-facing processes.

    Key Responsibilities Include

    • Initiates cross-functional review of processes, analyzes data, develops and communicate insights, and recommends solutions to help our associates serve our clients even more effectively by streamlining and simplifying core processes

    • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and owners of high impact, customer-facing processes to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions

    • Coordinate project management resources, subject matter experts, outside consultants (as applicable), process owners, business leaders and other key stakeholders to deliver results

    • Utilizing data analytics techniques, analyze large datasets, develop hypotheses, identify trends, and draw insights to develop actionable recommendations

    • Utilize Lean Six Sigma and other similar methodologies to identify improvement opportunities and solve complex problems

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints

    • Develop change management and communication plans as appropriate

    • Monitor industry trends / developments staying abreast of changes to market or key competitors

    • Communicate status, findings, and key actions to process owners and executive management

    Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA preferred

    • 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial or retail banking

    • Process improvement experience; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
