    OVERVIEW

    We are seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist to manage the entire lifecycle of our corporate hardware and software assets. This includes overseeing acquisition, leasing, software licensing, payment, and retirement processes to optimize costs and solutions effectively. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ITAM, including a deep understanding of procurement, leasing, asset data integrity, audit standards, and software entitlement processes.

    This role also encompasses Release Management, ensuring efficient delivery of applications and upgrades, User Access Management (UAM), focusing on access rights and security, and Software Redeployment, Harvesting, and Remediation to reallocate unused application licenses and manage software reuse and retirement phases.

    KEY REPONSIBILTIES

    • Troubleshooting hardware issues, updating asset tags, correcting errors, and liaising with various business groups through live chat, tickets, meetings, and emails. Proficiency in RPA technologies like Microsoft Power Automate, as well as experience in creating and maintaining automation bots, is essential.

    • Candidates should be skilled in Power BI, programming languages (SQL, PHP, Python, Visual Basic, JavaScript, HTML), and database management (Oracle and MySQL). The ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing to meet deadlines, is critical.

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Strong knowledge of ITAM, business processes, compliance, and security.

    • Excellent communication skills and experience in event planning and executive presentation creation.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Desktop Ordering Center, desktop leasing, invoicing, and vendor management.

    • Leadership and senior-level technical expertise in ITAM to guide the ALM team.

    Our Senior IT Asset Managers earn between $94,300.00 - $158,400.00 USD Annual. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
