    Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our team as a Senior IT Project Manager.

    We are looking to hire a positive, proactive IT project manager to manage project teams and ensure IT projects are completed on time and on cost. The IT project manager should be focused on delivery with focus on stakeholder management and transparent reporting. IT project manager will ensure compliance with budget and other project requirements. Project Manager should be able to manage cross functional reporting, develop implementation run guides in coordination with the project teams/end-users.

    A project manager will need to communicate with stakeholders during all phases of the project and must close each project efficiently with documented sign-offs.

    To be successful in this role, a Project Manager must deliver an extensively recorded, tested, intact, and operative solution within delivery time frames and budget. Ideal candidates must be analytical and must have a positive demeanor.

    IT Project Manager Responsibilities:

    • Efficient delivery on multiple projects

    • Be a trusted advisor to business, stakeholder management. Lead Steering co meetings, asses risk and mitigation plans

    • Collaborate with the technology teams to deliver the initiative in a streamlined manner

    • Accountable for end to end project management, starting from RFP to Hypercare rollout.

    • Specifically: Telecommunication, CCAS knowledge and previous integration and delivery across procurement, HCM, finance and other business functions

    • Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.

    • Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.

    • Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.

    • Maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects.

    • Evaluating standards of component products.

    • Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.

    • Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

    • Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems.

    • Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.

    Requirements:

    • Must have Bachelors or Masters qualification

    • 5+ years of experience in a project management role.

    • Should be hands-on with Jira, Confluence & ServiceNow

    • Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.

    • Understanding of software development life cycle.

    • Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration

    • Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues

    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion

    • Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget

    • Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills

    Salary: $110,000-150,000/year
