Job Description
BAE Systems Intelligence & Security division is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Quantico, VA in support of a Maritime effort for Marine Corps Intelligence Activity Analysis, Geospatial Imagery, and Counterintelligence (MAGIC) Support Services program.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
Ensure timely updates and accuracy of all tasks: staffing plan; contract personnel travel and leave; facility accesses coordination.
Manage Task Order(s) ensuring all tasks are complete meet schedule, and performance requirements.
Coordinate with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer s Representative (COR), Government Site Lead, Government Program Manager, Technical Point of Contact (TPOC), contractor s senior management and other stakeholders.
Monitor, control and report on the technical progress, issues, risks, and problem areas.
Coordinate and track manpower and assets.
Ensure personnel meet or exceed the required qualifications.
Facilitate information exchange and meetings.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
