Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability applications using TypeScript.

• Lead projects utilizing ~~~ and NestJS frameworks to deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Ensure code quality, organization, and automatization.

• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support through code reviews and design sessions.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose adaptations to current projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of software development experience

• Proficient in TypeScript, with hands-on experience in ~~~ and NestJS.

• Proven track record of developing and maintaining cloud-native applications.

• Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).

• Must have used and understand cloud based database (NoSQL, Relational, Document)

• An understanding of how to make apps scalable and resilient, with the testing know-how to prove that they are.

• Prior use of distributed source code systems in a professional environment (e.g., GitHub)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE...

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with GCP

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

• Prior leadership experience or roles in tech lead capacities.

• Contributions to open-source projects or a public GitHub repository showcasing personal projects.

• Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Active participation in the tech community through speaking engagements, blogging, or tutorials.
