  • Description:

    Looking for a 2nd shift Service Tech(this is an in house position with no travel; but in their Service Department, the only reason it's called a Service Tech)

    2nd shift 3:30pm to 5pm start times - 8-12 hour days x1 OPENING

    Working 6 hours on Saturdays right now as demand is very high, 2pm-8pm for 2nd shift

    Day to day will be repairing and building of hot runner systems for plastic injection machinery.

    Will receive a print if building new hot runner systems and use hand tools, power tools, mechanical aptitude to build systems.

    If repair, will need to find original print and diagnose what needs repair.

    • Provides service on products per customer requirements by performing the following duties:

    o Assess job requirements by evaluating the current product (manifold, nozzle, controller, etc.) in order to prepare for the appropriate repair.

    o Perform necessary services according to Service protocol.

    o Test for satisfactory performance of the repaired products.

    o Inform the customer of scheduled time frame.

    o Travel may be required, but seldom if any.

    Experience Level:

    Intermediate Level
