    Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Orlando, FL is seeking a full time Subcontracts Management who are key and vital components to our Supply Chain Management Teams.

    Responsibilities will include

    * Solicit, negotiate, and place Purchase Orders with suppliers in Procure to Pay systems

    *Managing supplier performance and establishing relationships.

    * Tracking and expediting purchased hardware

    * Troubleshooting to resolve supplier issues or concerns with management oversight

    * Understanding program material requirements, Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) requirements

    * Working cross-functionally with program teams and suppliers

    * Support presenting program status to leadership

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Power Point, Word, Excel)

    Desired Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Demonstrated critical thinking / problem solving abilities

    • Able to multi-task several critical assignments at both time and ability to work both independently and

    within a team structure

    • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment

    Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
