    Intel's AI datacenter team is seeking a highly motivated System Integration and Validation Program manager. Knowledge and experience in platforms, validation at scale, and AI frameworks is required. The candidate will work in a multi disciplined team driving execution of end-to-end validation for AI and HPC clusters. The ideal candidate will apply deep knowledge of one or more engineering domains to influence clients and stakeholders for achieving strategic objectives of engineering project(s)/program(s). The candidate will contribute technical expertise to the development of new products, working with cross functional teams across engineering disciplines such as, but not limited to:

    • Manage complex projects and programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation or upgrade of manufacturing systems/processes, hardware products, software programs, and/or technology platforms.

    • Lead review with executives and department leads for largescale programs, providing transparency into the health, risk, and financials of individual projects.

    • Manage teams to the achievement of program level milestones and prioritizes deliverables to meet strategic needs.

    • Drive requirements scoping, analysis, priorities and planning including interdependencies, business and customer priorities, staffing constraints, and schedule optimization across multiple product teams.

    • Identify customer gaps, needs and required usages to drive teams to delivering high ROI products.

    • Lead to innovate new processes and procedures within the engineering domain.

    • Oversee projects and/or programs that require business acumen as well as interaction and domain knowledge in one or more engineering areas such as design, development, architecture, validation, manufacturing, and/or processes.

    • Excellent communication skills to identify execution problems and drive related mitigation/ resolution.

    • Proficient with project management tools i.e. Microsoft Project, JIRA

    • Manage product Development and execution process, including Gladius/ UPLC related processes.

    • Applies deep knowledge of one or more engineering domains to influence clients and stakeholders for achieving strategic objectives of engineering project(s)/program(s).

    • Contributes technical expertise to the development of new products, working with cross functional teams across engineering disciplines such as, but not limited to, chemical, electrical, hardware, industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, process, software, and technology platforms and investigates technical roadblocks to help troubleshoot and drive results.

    • Manages complex projects and programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation or upgrade of manufacturing systems/processes, hardware products, software programs, and/or technology platforms.

    • Leads review with executives and department leads for largescale programs, providing transparency into the health, risk, and financials of individual projects.

    • Manages teams to the achievement of program level milestones and prioritizes deliverables to meet strategic needs.

    • Drives requirements scoping, analysis, priorities and planning including interdependencies, business and customer priorities, staffing constraints, and schedule optimization across multiple product teams.

    • Exhibits knowledge of customer gaps, needs and required usages to drive teams to delivering high ROI products.

    • Advises and mentors the project/program management teams, providing guidance and leading the advancement of project management competencies.

    • As AI and HPC converge and reshape not only computing, but also business and society, Intel is making major bets on the future of AI and HPC in data center computing.

    • Intel's Datacenter and AI Solutions, DAIS organization leads Intel's HPC efforts for Intel's CPUs and accelerators, and associated software and systems.

    • Intel's DAIS teams work spans entire data center workloads from generative AI, and deep learning to media analytics, HPC and graphics.

    DAIS Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) organization to drive our customer technical engagement. CSE drives design-in, onboarding and architecting solutions for their key care abouts from silicon all the way to systems. We engage with OxM and CSPs, and their customers, to build deep technical knowledge of their AI infrastructure and help drive customer success.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Education Requirements:

    Bachelors with 10+ years of experience or Master's degree in engineering or computer science with 7+ years of experience in product development or high-level program/people leadership roles.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 7+ Experience of the technical issues associated with the Intel product development, architectures, systems, development methods.

    • Experience with customer and ecosystem enabling.

    • 7+ Cross-functional matrix management

    • 7+ Experience in Engineering Operations and execution

    • 3+ years' experience in Data Analytics with Excel and/or Power BI

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • 10+ years engineering experience working on systems and SW in one or a combination of the following areas: , IP/ SOC pre/ post-silicon validation; SOC/ MCP Mfg. Tests development/ Testing.

    Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $162,041.00-$259,425.00

    *Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

    Working Model

    This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
