    Are you a Loan IQ whiz with a passion for bridging the gap between business and technology? We have an exciting and urgent opportunity for a Technology Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Jersey City, NJ (hybrid - 3 days onsite per week) .

    Who We're Looking For:

    • A Loan IQ pro with experience in migrations or new implementations (highly preferred).

    • A deep understanding of lending in large financial services, including deal booking, corporate actions, and credit agreements.

    • A proven business or systems analyst with 3+ years of experience.

    • A communication maestro with the ability to present, influence, and persuade with clarity and diplomacy.

    • A problem-solving mastermind with a knack for tackling complex issues and balancing priorities.

    • A subject matter expert with a thirst for continuous learning.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
