    Job Description

    Responsible for development and management of the timekeeping team including daily oversight and supervision, scheduling, annual evaluations, coaching, counselings, and etc.

    Review and analyze current timekeeping processes and procedures in order to implement changes leading to best practice operations. Keep current knowledge on systems and time and labor rules and educate peers on updates. This includes monthly updates to leaders, initial education of new hires and ongoing training and education for timekeepers.

    Act as a primary contact for timekeeping inquiries and requests for the department. Act as trouble shooter/Super User for the scheduling/timekeeping and payroll systems. Provide assistance with productivity and other reports as requested by hospital leadership team.

    Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the THFW Timekeeping SharePoint or other application.

    Provide backup for the department in coverage of daily timekeeping responsibilities for all departments.

    Provides service excellence to all stakeholders.

    Education

    H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required

    Bachelor's Degree Accounting/Finance/Healthcare Administration or other Business related field Upon hire Preferred

    Experience

    3 Years Timekeeping experience Required

    Leadership experience a Plus

    healthcare experience Preferred

    Skills

    Good interpersonal and organization skills, ability to handle confidential information. Able to function in fast paced environment. Computer programs/software Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, ClairVia or comparable timekeeping system.
