Responsibilities

Continuosy work to simplify and improve products and process

Perform scheduled progressive die maintenance

Work with production, quality control, and engineering to meet customer requirements

Meet Quality control standards

troubleshoot problem die/tooling in press, new dies/tooling in press

Tooling dies and fixtures for automotive parts production

Set, operate and maintain computer numerically controlled machine tools - milling machine,lathes, and grind to shape parts to dimensions and finishes

Fit and assemble parts to make, repair, or modify dies, jigs, gauges, and tools using machine tools and hand tools
