We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Lab Tech for our X-Cel Specialty Contact Lens Division located in Duluth, GA. X-Cel is a leading manufacturer and distributor of contact lenses; providing Eye Care Professionals with superior products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team!

Job Summary

Responsible for set-up, operation, and basic maintenance of equipment for work in surface or finish portions of lab production.

Position Responsibility

• Perform various tasks of area production machine functions, including:

• interpretation of work ticket

• Perform production operations on equipment

• Ability to troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment

• Run DAC equipment and observe machine for proper function.

• Occasionally sort and pack jobs for shipment.

Experience/Qualifications

• Position requires a high school diploma/GED or relevant work experience

• Must be able to lift and or move up to 10 lbs

• Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision and color vision
