Answer, screen, and process all incoming calls, mail, & messages for engineers and staff
Maintain office equipment
Electronic file management (Convert older files to digital)
Be or become a Notary
Assist with submittal preparation for government projects
Learn industry specific software for proposal and specifications preparation
Keep marketing information updated (Company, engineer, and projects)
Other tasks as assigned
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
High School Diploma/Associate Degree
Prior office experience (1-2 years)
Attention to detail, confidentiality
Ability to work within a deadline
