The Workforce Planning Model Builder role will support and optimize workforce forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is a team player who possesses strong analytical skills, has experience building financial models, and enjoys solving and streamlining complex business problems. A successful candidate enjoys solving puzzles, thrives in a matrixed environment, and possesses the skills to work independently. The ability to ask inquisitive questions to evaluate business processes, identify areas for optimization, and solve those with stakeholders is essential.
Collaborate with internal and external clients to craft, implement, and support new Anaplan solutions (workforce planning technology) for their business needs.
Collaborate with our internal teams to identify areas of opportunity for data optimization and efficiency.
Participate in design sessions in prototyping new modelling solutions for enhancing hiring data reports and information process flow.
Participate in the definition of the business requirements that influence the Anaplan roadmap.
Monitor and validate data flows to and from the Anaplan platform.
Provide candid, meaningful feedback, communication, and progress updates to the Anaplan Product Owner.
Build and refine key data reports which provide the Workforce Business Partner with enhanced understanding of their target workforce and market.
Use and share Anaplan model building best practices.
Estimate level of effort and prioritize your backlog of work in a way that satisfies team expectations
Bachelor's Degree preferred (IO Psych)
Experience interacting with high level stakeholders preferred
Strong analytical skills, and a deep interest in problem solving and using technology.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects.
Capable of translating technical needs to broadly understood business language.
Ability to evaluate existing business processes, understand data flows, and design a modelling solution.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and DAX.
Experience in defining user stories, developing systems requirements.
Requires experience operating within a systems/software development lifecycle.
Experience designing and prototyping data solutions.
Experience with facilitating system training.
