  • Adecco is NOW HIRING: Hand Soldering Technicians - 1st Shift in Fort Collins!

    Pay: $18 per hour (plus shift differential for 2nd shift)

    Schedule: 1st shift Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM OR 2nd shift Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm.

    Duration: Temp to Hire

    Location: Fort Collins, CO

    Are you a skilled hand soldering expert looking for a steady 1st or 2nd shift role? Do you have a strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and a drive to succeed? If so, we want you to join our team!

    What You'll Do:

    • Assemble, calibrate, and test instrumentation and cables

    • Track time, quality, and delivery metrics in the work area

    • Communicate effectively with the production manager, engineering, and materials team

    • Manage time and priorities to meet customer demands

    • Ensure all products meet high standards for Quality, Delivery, and Cost

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience using a soldering iron - this is a MUST!

    • A go-getter attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams

    • Strong time management and organizational skills

    • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

    Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
