This is a job class to be used temporarily in order to facilitate bringing an associate from an acquired institution onto the BB&T system in a timely manner. Once a formal job class is created or identified, associates should be moved into the established job that accurately reflects duties and responsibilities being performed.

As a member of the Customer Service team, we are looking for individuals who are able to work in a non-scripted call center environment, with the ability to make decisions and problem solve in an effort to resolve customer issues quickly and independently while also maintaining business relationships between the Company and its policyholders, agents, and claimants. This role will require an individual that is able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and complete processing work in an accurate, timely manner.
