DISPATCHER

St. Charles, IL

Full Time, Days. $40K to $50K per year salary.

Scheduling and dispatching drivers, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.

Other duties include:

• Negotiating rates;
• Establishing short and long-term business relationships with clients;
• Preparing necessary documents for order completion;
• Arranging insurance;
• Requests for services or equipment;
• Preparing schedules;
• Being in charge of communications with assigned drivers and clients; speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems;
• Keeping and organizing work requests, customer request, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information

   

Requirements: GED or Bachelor Degree; Minimum 6 months experience in dispatching.
