    Position Overview

    • Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations at a Wind Farm project. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, adherence to all SGRE policies and processes, employee management, project budget, contractual obligations including scheduled and unscheduled service, customer relationship, etc...

    • Relocation may be offered for this role should it be necessary.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Ensure adherence of all SGRE policies and procedures ensuring a safe, and profitable, project.

    • Drive a culture where Safety, and Quality, are on the forefront.

    • Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and overall management of the projects P&L.

    • Responsible for the Management of the SGRE operations, and any contracted, site teams.

    • Responsible for the scheduling, execution of turbines scheduled, and unscheduled, maintenance.

    • Identify optimization opportunities which results in savings for the project.

    • Cooperation with both internal and external suppliers, including creating and processing PO's.

    • Manage the customer relationship, while ensuring we meet our contractual obligations.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience

    • Flexible travel schedule up to 30% travel

    • Education required High School / Diploma / Bachelor

    • Relevant work experience e.g. electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, maintenance/troubleshooting in a military, industrial or automotive industry

    • Must pass pre-hire drug screening.
