The Senior Analyst will perform research and analysis on the company's competitive landscape and market share for our domestic and international portfolios. The individual will analyze market, customer and competitor information to provide insights on trends and landscape to support our division and portfolio growth strategies. The Senior Analyst will lead competitive/market assessments and support strategic planning efforts to assist in our market growth go-to-market strategies. This includes evaluating and clearly articulating market opportunity, market sizing and trends.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and supporting market research & analysis, competitive landscape analysis and growth strategy.
Through partnership and collaboration within the GBDU and across the divisions/portfolios, research and analyze data relative to our competitive presence and assist with identifying opportunities for growth, to include emerging markets.
Support development of market and competitive landscape tools to be utilized in assessments, capture activities and strategy development.
Access various open sources to aggregate news and other related content with the intent of producing and maintaining a current view of Abt's competitive landscape.
Distill market insights and implications into clear and concise summaries and recommendations to our division and portfolio teams.
Manage market and competitor research and analysis requests that may support account planning, portfolio strategies and capture activities.
Conduct standard, periodic analyses and reports on key customers and top competitors.
Support the account planning process, providing analyses and insights on market trends, customer buying habits and competitor strategies.
Background in strategy, market or competitive intelligence.
Strong analysis, data visualization and presentation skills.
Analytical skills, including ability to develop spreadsheets, to analyze companies, including financial statements, and to provide actionable intelligence and insights.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations.
Experience performing market/competitor research and analysis within the federal government services market, ideally with Civilian agencies.
Ability to identify and analyze data and information from available resources and identify trends, draw conclusions, and determine connections to inform key business decisions.
Experience using common competitive intelligence research and analysis tools (FPDS, ~~~, GovWin) and other resources.
Bachelor's Degree + Twelve years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree + Ten years of relevant experience, or PhD+ Eight years of relevant experience
This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately $105,120.07 to $168,192.11 and may vary by ten percent depending on candidate geographic location. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis.
