    Reporting into the Treasurer, this position will be responsible for maintaining the Treasury Management System including re-design, development & implementation ensuring all process are appropriately controlled and documented.

    The successful candidate will be required to work full-time in a remote capacity, with occasional in-person meetings at GBT's offices.

    Specifically, the Senior Treasury Manager - Systems & Controls will support the following:

    • Own and maintain Treasury Management Systems (FIS - Integrity)

    • Development of Crystal Reporting

    • Development of non-utilized modules (eBam, Debt etc)

    • Maintenance of Static Data / Tidy Up

    • Contracts & Invoices

    • Audit reporting

    • Own and maintain Swift BICs

    • Contracts & Invoices

    • MT940 / MT101 management

    • Annual KYC

    • Develop and manage the SOX Treasury controls & Spreadsheets

    • Create and maintain a repository of ALL files / Process

    • Develop required controls around Key Processes

    • Own Treasury Systems related projects

    • ERP System connectivity for Treasury Accounting

    • MT101 connection with S2B and Swift

    • MT940 reporting in Swift (mapping to TMS / ECHOS)

    • Bank Admin Database

    • Transition legacy processes to automated TMS processes

    • Provide Treasury technical services to Business

    • Work with the Treasury Team to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions while optimizing automated systems.

    The Senior Treasury Manager - Systems & Controls will also work closely with the Treasury Team to provide back up on the following:

    • Review and approve EFT Transactions covering intercompany (IC) loans, IC settlements, FX trades, market funding and others.

    • Report daily cash operational activities to management.

    • Manage bank accounts (e.g., opening, closing, fee analysis, bank relationship, and system admin and user maintenance).

    • Provide regular reporting on bank activities:

    • Bank services, fees, and documentation

    • Global bank account approval & administration

    • Bank performance reviews

    • Support reconciliations team to clear/reconcile treasury activity.

    • Provide indirect leader support to Snr Treasury Analyst


    • 5+ years of experience in Global Corporate Treasury or other relevant functions

    • Experience with:

    • Treasury Management Systems - FIS Integrity preferred

    • Databases (Microsoft Access)

    • Crystal reporting

    • Swift Messaging and MT940/BAI Development

    • In-House Banking / Pooling

    • A driven individual with a desire to learn and develop within Treasury
