We value driving solutions at scale by creating a tooling ecosystem which enables our Global Operations team to keep our communities safe.

    Required Skills:

    Systems Project Manager Responsibilities:

    1. Create and implement strategy to improve the tools used by Meta's Global Operations Teams and content reviewers.

    2. Manage global initiatives independently to scale.

    3. Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities between Operations, Product and Engineering stakeholders across the company.

    4. Influence organisational decisions and roadmaps to optimise the tooling user experience.

    5. Define operational processes of our systems to maintain a stable, consistent environment.

    6. Act as a trusted advisor to partners in developing and prioritising comprehensive, data-driven tool improvement programs.

    7. Focus on long term impact by creating sustainable business practices for tooling used within the organisation.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. BA/BS/BE degree or international equivalent

    2. 5+ years of project/product management or consulting experience

    3. Analytical-thinking and problem-solving experience

    4. Experience influencing Product and Engineering teams

    5. Proven experience in strategy creation and execution

    1. Experience in working autonomously, setting agendas and prioritizing work with minimal input

    2. Proven experience in collaborating and communicating across a global team

    3. Experience with data analysis

    4. Experience with software-oriented projects

    5. Knowledgeable in driving solutions for global operational teams

    6. Time management and multitasking experience

    7. Experience with process change management or process improvement

    8. Experience working in a technology company, consulting firm or equivalent fast-paced environment
