I have not yet addressed cases brought under the Enforce and Protect Act ("EAPA"). These are important and controversial cases, so we need to change that. Also, there have been a few at this point, so we need to get going. As a starting point, EAPA is part of the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015.
